Human Influenza and Sendai Viruses
Charles River offers human influenza type A and B viruses, as well as Sendai virus (Cantell strain), supplied as allantoic fluid and sucrose gradient-purified. We also provide virus preparations with customer-supplied Biosafety Level 1 and 2 viruses. Viruses are grown in specific pathogen-free (SPF) embryonated eggs and final preparations can be delivered in crude (bulk fluids), concentrated, fractioned, or purified forms.
